First webinar: Implicit Bias recording

Date: May 21, 2025

Host: Adam Holland, PhD; Implementation Specialist with The Impact Center at FPG

In this webinar, we discussed the neurological underpinnings of implicit bias so that participants can better understand what is happening in our brains that causes us to act the way we do. Then, we talked about different techniques for addressing this persistent issue, covering pros and cons of three approaches. Finally, we talked about how implicit bias might impact decisions in our own spaces, crafting unique solutions to participants’ unique challenges.
