About

Evidence-based prevention and well-being programs offer a great deal of promise to support the health and well-being of children, youth, families, and communities. However, implementing and scaling up these innovations can be a challenge in the context of business as usual. Despite best intentions, longstanding, complex service systems have a tendency to overlook innovation and revert back to past practices. This challenge can prevent evidence-based strategies from achieving expected outcomes.

Triple P – Positive Parenting Program

The Triple P – Positive Parenting Program system of interventions offers evidence-based parenting and family support strategies designed to reach all families for community-wide impact. Triple P is currently being implemented in 25 countries around the world and its success is due, in part, to its public health approach to serving families. Families can participate in varying levels of support in individual, group, and online formats across different settings including healthcare, schools, and private practice.
