Building solid relationships between leadership and implementation teams and solidifying leaders’ vision and communication takes time. In addition to the Leaders and Teams resources, co-creation is another capacity that contributes to strong leaders and teams. Co-creation helps ensure equitable contributions and buy-in to Triple P implementation.
