Implementation support specialists offer teams and organizations guidance and resources to support program and policy implementation. Implementation support combines what we know from implementation science with skills training, facilitation, and supportive coaching for individuals, groups, and organizations.
What does it mean to receive implementation support from the Impact Center?
We work with your team through remote and in-person sessions to help you reach your performance and implementation goals. The amount or level of support is up to your team and your community’s goals. Our goal is to develop strong relationships and deliver support that is responsive to your context.

Triple P NC Child Welfare Support
We have resources for local child welfare agencies to help them effectively deliver and sustain Triple P. If an agency has the right support, skilled staff, and a positive environment to implement Triple P effectively, they are more likely to see positive results like reducing child maltreatment, fewer kids placed in out-of-home care, and fostering positive interactions and relationships within families.
