This brief self-rating scale can be used to assess the current status of implementing Triple P within an agency. There are no wrong answers to the assessment questions. The questions should be an opportunity to evaluate if Triple P would be a good fit for the agency and if your agency has the skills and resources to support successful and sustainable implementation.
